Purchases / Orders
Once an order is placed with us, it becomes valid first, when we confirm the order to the customer via email (Order Confirmation).
We are currently only accepting and shipping orders within Norway and Sweden, since we are not yet able to distribute to other countries.
A placed order will be confirmed within 24 hours after being received by us. The order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.
All orders must be placed through our website. No orders can be placed by phone.
Delivery time and notifications
We will deliver 3-5 days after you have received your order confirmation, depending on where you live. In the unlikely event of a delay, you may cancel your order.
Parcels are to be collected in person, along with a valid id, and the order number. You will always get a notification which shows when and where, the parcel can be collected.
The notification is sent by email and, if you have provided a mobile number, via text message.
Delivery- options and prices
The delivery of ordered products is handled by Postnord. Smaller shipments may also be delivered through standard mail.
Delivery to a service point - Postnord (49 SEK)
The parcel arrives at your nearest Postnord service point, e.g. a nearby grocery store. A notification via email/text message is sent out, with information regarding where to collect your parcel. The parcel should be collected within 14 days, to prevent it from being returned to Softer days.
In the event of a parcel being damaged upon delivery, it shall not be collected. In the unlikely event of this happening , please contact our customer service.
Softer days offers free shipping on orders over 299 SEK.
Softer days is responsible to provide a refund if the products are damaged or lost. Should this happen , you must contact our customer service within 14 days. If the parcel is lost or damaged when you return the goods, you are liable to pay.
At checkout, you can choose between different payment methods, such as invoice, installments, card payment, or direct payment via your online bank.
All methods of payment are handled by Klarna.
Softer days guarantees that the methods of payment being offered are safe, in cooperation with Klarna. When paying by card, the customer is transferred to a secure page where he/she can safely fill out the card details, and complete the payment. Softer days never handles customers card details. The customer may only use cards issued within the Nordic region.
All prices quoted are in Swedish crowns, including VAT, but do not include delivery charges.
All our orders are processed through Klarna Checkout. When registering your return, we will pass on this information to Klarna. If you have chosen a regular invoice as your method of payment, you will receive a revised invoice through e-mail. If you have returned your entire order, we will, of course, cancel your entire invoice. If you have already paid your invoice, Klarna will contact you for a refund. If you have chosen to pay by card, or by or direct payment via your online bank, Klarna will contact you for a refund.
Klarna reserves the right to make a refund within 14 days of a registered return. This, however, usually only takes a few banking days.
The customer is entitled to change their order within 14 days of receiving the item. Underwear that has been unpacked, or worn, is not eligible for return, for hygienic reasons.
Make sure to check your size before ordering. The withdrawal period begins at the moment of collecting your order, or a substantial part of it.
In case of a return, use the enclosed return label, and return the item in our reclosable bag.

If you have received a product, and it is not the one you ordered, or it is damaged, or incorrect, please contact the Softer days customer service directly, but no later than 14 days after receiving the faulty item.
Once we receive the returned item, and we approve it, we will either send you a new item, or give you a refund. The cost of the return shipping is paid for by Softer days.
NOTE! Softer days does not accept returned goods against cash on delivery. For non collected items with cash on delivery as the chosen payment method, the customer will be charged 300 SEK for fees, shipping, and for our administrative expenses.
Softer days, according to Swedish law, does not attend to cash purchases made by persons under the age of 16, and credit purchases to persons under the age of 18. Costumers under the age of 18 must have the approval of a parent/guardian.
Softer days is responsible for the processing of the personal data that you, as a customer, provide to us. The information is used to manage your orders, and for marketing purposes. only uses the information within the corporate group, and does not provide information to third parties.
Softer days has the right to modify the prices, and to correct eventual price errors without notice. All product images and information texts reflect the product as much as possible. However, Softer days does not guarantee that some errors may not occur. Should anything be incorrect in the product information, in the images, or in the prices, Softer days has the right to change it.
Should any of the following occur, Softer days will be freed from the responsibility of fulfilling agreements. This applies to circumstances beyond our control, such as strike, war, national state of emergency, sabotage, natural disasters, abnormal market decline, measures taken by the national government, if the company has been exposed to criminal activity, major accidents, and blockades.
Any disputes regarding this, shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law.
