How do I pay?
Choose a method of payment at checkout, accept the terms of payment, and click on “Complete purchase”. The purchase is carried out, and you will receive an order confirmation.

Is it safe to pay by card?
Yes, payments to softerdays.se are going through Klarna. All card payments are made over an encrypted and guaranteed secure connection (https).



Questions regarding delivery


How long is the delivery time?
The delivery is both quick and easy, with our packages being delivered within 3-5 days with Postnord.

What are the delivery costs? It is always free of charge on orders over 299 SEK.


What happens to parcels that are not collected? If you do not collect your parcel within the specified time, it will be returned to Softer days, and you will be charged 300 NOK in shipping and handling fees. How do I know when my order has been dispatched? A confirmation will be sent either via email, or text message. How do I make a return? If you wish to return an item, follow the steps below: Enclosed with your order you will find a prepaid return label, and a return form (do you not have your shipping label? Our customer service can help you arrange a new one).

1. Fill out the return form that is included in the parcel, and place it with the items that you wish to return, in the same packaging you received your order in. Seal it well.
2. Attach the prepaid return label on the outside of the bag / box, and drop it off at your nearest postal agent.
