RETURNS
Returns are made with the enclosed return label. Returns must be sent as a letter, or a parcel, using the original packaging, and not with “cash on delivery”. When you use your right to make a return, you must, if it concerns a product, send it back to us.
EXCHANGES
The customer has the right to exchange the ordered item within 14 days upon receiving it. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact our customer service on shop@softerdays.se.
